Ed Kus is responsible for driving Mitel's Virtual Solutions product suite for Unified Communications. Since joining Mitel in 2001, Ed has led portfolio ownership for several product suites including Contact Centers, Unified Communications, Unified Messaging, Microsoft Live Communications integration, as well as Network and Systems Management. Prior to joining Mitel, Ed was Senior Product Manager at Nortel, holding various product management and product development responsibilities in Service Provider/Carrier Network Services. With over 25 years' experience in the communications industry, Ed brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the table across both Carrier voice communications and Enterprise UC products. Ed graduated from McGill University with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
