Welcome to this week’s No Jitter Roll, our regular roundup of product news in the communication and collaboration spaces. Leading off this week, we highlight: UneeQ’s new digital human interaction platform, Benchmark Gensuite’s new Gen AI Helpers, PG Forsta’s new market research solution suite, YuJa, Inc.’s AI-generated audio description capabilities, Postman’s AI Agent Builder, and Vonage’s SOC 2 Type II compliance for APIs.

The digital human technology provider has announced a new platform called UneeQ 2.0. UneeQ 2.0 is a platform providing digital human interaction for customers and employees. Its key features include:

  • The ability to deploy digital workers in customer and employee experience

  • Sub-one-second response times for 3D avatars

  • Cloud, hybrid, or on-premise support for websites, apps, and kiosks

  • Realistic animation for digital human conversation

  • Customization in personality, voice, language, knowledge, and brand safety

  • Conversation analytics

  • SOC2 and GDPR compliance

Benchmark Gensuite Releases New Gen AI Capabilities

Benchmark Gensuite, a company specializing in EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and sustainable management solutions, has released a suite of Gen AI Helpers that will be integrated into its Genny AI platform. These AI Helpers will help users improve the quality and efficiency of frontline data capture, pull information from safety data sheets and auto-populate this data into forms, summarize documents, and generate image analyses. Genny AI Helpers will also provide real-time decision support to users.

PG Forsta Launches Research HX

Research and experience technology company PG Forsta has launched an AI-powered market research solution suite named Research HX. Research HX is an expansion on the company’s solutions, Decipher and Forsta Visualizations. This new suite includes end-to-end data integration, AI-driven automation, AI summaries and recommendations, research scalability, and intuitive reporting and visualization.

YuJa, Inc. Announces AI-Generated Enhanced Audio Descriptions

YuJa, Inc., a cloud-based platform and application provider, has announced its AI-Generated Enhanced Audio Descriptions feature for the Gen AI Video PowerPack. This audio description feature helps institutions follow Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), providing the required audio descriptions for prerecorded video content in synchronized media through generative AI. Other features include pause-and-play functions, interactive audio descriptions, and enterprise-grade scale and reliability.

Postman Announces AI Agent Builder

The API collaboration platform has announced its Postman AI Agent Builder, which combines LLMs, APIs, and workflows to help companies create AI Agents. Capabilities of this platform include:

  • Finding relevant LLMs and APIs through Postman’s API Network

  • The ability to evaluate LLM responses

  • Ready-to-use APIs

  • No-code, modular development

Vonage Announces New Compliance for Network APIs

Vonage has secured SOC 2 Type II compliance for its network APIs, giving the cloud communications provider the ability to improve data security for data access, provide better anomaly detection with continuous monitoring across ecosystems, and quickly restore systems and operations in the event of a security breach.

 

Partnerships

ServiceNow Announces Enhancements to its Global Partner Program

ServiceNow has announced that its global partner program will be expanded to include Product Line Achievements (PLA) for Now Assist and specializations for sales, product, and customer success.

“Our continued investment is focused on empowering our partners with the resources they need to grow their business, expand their AI expertise, and deliver incredible outcomes for our shared customers” said Erica Volini, executive vice president, worldwide industries, partners, and go-to-market at ServiceNow.

 

Cloud Life Consulting and System Initiative Partner

AWS partner and cloud infrastructure specialist Cloud Life Consulting (CLC) has announced its partnership with System Initiative, a DevOps automation provider. CLC will use System Initiative’s platform to manage its cloud infrastructure service offerings.

“CLC’s deep expertise in AWS and cloud infrastructure management perfectly complements our technology and our philosophy regarding what DevOps teams need most today,” said Nick Stinemates, VP of Business Development and Community for System Initiative. “Their team's extensive experience in solving complex cloud challenges for businesses of all sizes will be invaluable in helping customers fully leverage the power of our platform.”

Taction Launches Connect to Anything, Powered by Workato

The SaaS platform provider has launched Connect to Anything, powered by orchestration platform Workato. Connect to Anything allows manufacturers to connect Taction CPQ to systems with pre-built connectors and no-code recipes, accelerate ROI with reduced IT dependency, and maximize CPQ investments.

 

Reports

HCLTech and MIT Technology Review Insights Report on Responsible AI Principles

This report shows that 87% of business executives believe responsible AI is critical while 85% say they aren’t prepared to implement principles to ensure responsible AI. The reasons for this gap between these figures include the complexity of implementation, lack of expertise, difficulties managing operational risks, challenges with regulatory compliance, and inadequate resource allocation.

PagerDuty Reports on Agentic AI

PagerDuty has reported in its 2025 State of Digital Operations Report that a little over half of respondents (53%) are enthusiastic about agentic AI and view it as a key solution for the future of IT operations. 64% of respondents also expect IT operations budgets to increase, while 35% say data security is a barrier to automation.
