Michael L. Szilagyi has over 20 years of technical and leadership experience in the software industry, serving in executive, product, development, operations, and technical roles. Szilagyi is SVP of product management at Genesys, where he leads product definition and development for the company's PureCloud cloud platform, recently acquired from Interactive Intelligence. Before Interactive Intelligence, he held roles as VP of development and information technology and limited partner at an options equity market-making firm in Chicago. Szilagyi has also held development and leadership roles at Motorola, representing its cellular, paging, and hybrid-fiber and coax telephony product lines. He has a proven career bringing disruptive technologies to market. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering technology/computer science from Purdue University.
