Based in the UK, Angela has over 20 years’ experience as an industry analyst for enterprise software, tracking market trends and advising clients about technology to support collaboration, innovation, knowledge sharing and employee engagement within an organisation. Before joining CCS Insight in 2018 she held roles at MWD Advisors and Ovum.
