Combining the desk set and the mobile docking station.

Dave Michels has an interesting post at Pin Drop Soup about extending enterprise voice (i.e., the PBX) to mobiles. He proposes that vendors build a sort of combination IP desk set/mobile docking station. As always with Dave, there are lots of interesting ideas and insights along the way.
