The database reduces users' risks and saves research and analysis time.

Are you in the market, or will you soon be in the market, for a new telecom system? Would you like to be able to thoroughly compare products before making your purchase decision? Comparison charts are available for free, though you're probably concerned that they're vendor sponsored and therefore vendor biased. Now you can have free access to a powerful database that will provide vendor-neutral comparisons on hundreds of systems.

T3i Group has decided to make its extensive TelecomTactics database of telecom and unified communications systems available free-of-charge to enterprises and SMBs. Anyone can use this tool, which for years was previously available only on an annual subscription basis. For an enterprise/SMB user, all that is needed to gain access to TelecomTactics is a web browser (it's cloud-based) and a set of login credentials. The credentials will be provided once the user has registered. The registration page also provides additional information about TelecomTactics and its benefits for end-users.

Gaining access to this database should prove especially helpful in the process of comparing and selecting telecom systems/vendors. Most SMBs and even many enterprises don't have the time or resources to perform an extensive product analysis. Usually only three or four vendors are considered, leaving out many other vendors of which the enterprise/SMB has little or no knowledge.

TelecomTactics is a searchable database that provides access to vendors' product offerings for competitive analysis and pricing. Users can access and customize feature functionality information in a consistent side-by-side format. The database enables users to review features, product and service information, and differences among products in a vendor neutral, consistent language.

TelecomTactics serves as a vehicle for enterprise and SMB (and government) decision-makers to plan and manage purchases, understand trade-offs and options and gain the edge when negotiating with suppliers. Users can review products and technology side-by-side, identify solutions that meet specific needs and address interoperability issues before investing. The database reduces users' risks and saves research and analysis time.
