With a bit of planning, and armed with the right questions to ask, organizations can provide their users with a simple, productive, and stress-free collaboration experience.

Video conferencing was historically available in only a small number of highly integrated meeting rooms. And there weren't enough video conferencing rooms to go around, so video was largely an executives-only tool.

Over the past few years, however, video conferencing technology and its use have evolved in many ways. In August 2015, Wainhouse Research surveyed end users of video conferencing (VC) and asked them how they feel about a range of video conferencing-related statements. To address these needs, organizations require solutions that are cost-effective, globally distributed to ensure a strong experience for users around the world, redundant to maximize reliability, and highly scalable. And all of this must be accomplished in a manner that is easy to purchase, easy to deploy, easy to manage, and most of all, easy to use.

Cisco, Enterprise Connect, No Jitter, and Wainhouse Research are pleased to be working together on a free webinar focused onhelping organizations make smart decisions throughout the entire video conferencing lifecycle, from the first purchase to the day-to-day operations.

This one-hour interactive session is offered on three separate dates: November 4, November 18, or December 2. Speakers will cover the following topics:
