To say that employees are in too many meetings is an understatement. In fact, between February 2020 and February 2021, the average worker spent 148% more time in meetings each week, a Microsoft survey found. Thankfully though, workplace leaders have the technology to make those meetings collaborative and meaningful.

In the latest episode of Office Origami, Omdia analyst Tim Banting and EnableUC Co-founder Kevin Kieller discuss general best practices for managing meetings, regardless of the technology tools you choose, and provide some Microsoft 365 tips and tricks for improving meetings.

Through interviews with key business leaders, we will explore how specific technologies can optimize line of business productivity, as we all deal with the increase in hybrid work and the need for on-going effective hybrid collaboration and creativity.

Tim Banting is a Senior Principal Analyst in workspace services within Omdia's enterprise services team and focuses on unified communications and collaboration research. Kevin Kieller, Co-Founder, Lead UC&C Strategist

Kevin is a globally recognized Unified Communications and Collaboration thought-leader, strategist, implementation leader and software developer. He is a member of the elite Business Communications Strategies Expert group (bcstrategies.com) and the No Jitter (nojitter.com) technical analyst team where he writes the regular “Taming Teams”, "Success with Skype" and “Sophisticated Skype” columns, hosts the annual Microsoft UC&C session at Enterprise Connect and keynotes other events and webinars.

​Kevin has conceived, designed and overseen the development of software products and hosted services in the business, educational and recreational areas which have been used by millions of people worldwide. A long time ago he created the award winning game Jack Attack for the Commodore 64 and ever since has been committed to doing new, interesting and beneficial things with technology.
