The challenge of managing the new, "incredibly complex communication tools."

I just posted another Slidecast, this one a VoiceCon Orlando discussion of Administration Tools for UC with Phil Moen, CEO of Unimax.Unimax is one of the leaders in this area, and Phil gave a really great presentation--clear about the new management challenges with UC and how to approach them from a management perspective, and completely vendor-neutral.Key quote: "Once we had a phone on a desk and we said, there, when it rings, answer it. Now we're saying: Here's an incredibly complex communication tool. It can do everything you need to do with communication. And we have suddenly taken this burden of, how do I manage that delivery. And it's not easy."

We're doing a Webinar with Unimax taking off from this topic, and adding the perspective of Robin Gareiss of Nemertes Research. The webinar is next Wednesday, May 12, and you can register for it here.
