Denise's greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company's reach. Her most recent project involved a strategic partnership with key ecosystem partners to bring Yorktel's services to a larger customer base.
Most notable is when she joined Cisco and her time as a strategic business development executive in the newly formed TelePresence Systems Business Unit, in 2006. She was part of the small team responsible for launching and selling Cisco TelePresence. As part of the global business development team she was instrumental in helping grow the business to $250 million in four years, winning many key accounts, such as P&G, Accenture, GE, Pepsi, Kaiser, UHG, and many others.
Her next charter was building and executing the Channel/Partner GTM strategy that was instrumental in growing the TelePresence business. With her success in driving the channel strategy for TelePresence, she was asked to join the Cisco worldwide partner organization, owning the cloud video channel go-to-market strategy and working closely with the business unit.
Denise holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of San Francisco, coursework toward an MS in Telecommunications at Golden Gate University, and most recently completed the entrepreneur program at Draper University. She lives in the Bay Area with husband. In her free time, Denise enjoys golfing and tinkering in their extensive vegetable garden.
