Dennis H. Goodhart

Founded in 2007 by Dennis Goodhart, IP Network Consulting (IPNC) is a full-service independent Business Communications Technology consulting practice. IPNC recently joined with Abilita, one of the largest independent consulting firms in North America, where he is the Managing Director of Abilita, Metro New York.

clients range from medium size local businesses, to global Fortune 500 companies from most vertical and industry segments.

Dennis has earned a reputation as a trusted resource and problem solver to global executives and decision makers. He has designed developed, negotiated, implemented, and managed global mission critical projects of complex technology to meet specific client needs. Engagements range in scope from network design and implementation, project management oversight, communications business process enablement applications, contact centers, worldwide equipment replacements, and cost control audits for Fortune 500 companies, banking and financial intuitions, manufactures and retail companies, to creating new ways for companies to use Business Communications Technology to increase their revenues.Dennis is a long-time holder of a FCC First Class Radio Telephony license. He is a member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), a current member and board member of the SCTC (Society of Communications Technology Consultants), is an advisory council board member to Illinois Institute of Technology's Real Time Communications Lab, and was the co-founder and Managing Partner of Aseismic LLC, an early developer and services provider of a software based cloud IPBX.

He has chaired education sessions on Unified Communications, SIP, Cloud, Contact Centers, and emerging technologies. He has written and published articles on Contact Centers and Customer Engagement practices, emerging technologies and has held sales and management positions with Nortel Networks, N.E.T., and other communications services providers.Both IPNC as a member of the SCTC and Abilita both follow a strict code of ethics and do not accept compensation form vendors.
